We create soft-skills communication courses for migrants and refugees based on unique identified needs. This is achieved by analysing skills of the learners by telephone, email and face-to-face meeting.
Once identified we work together with everyone to agree on a skills development plan which fits the learner's ability and situation. These soft-skills communication courses are made to improve all the communication as well as business skills problems.
Sessions are coached by experienced and considerate mentors.
Existing AMCC courses devided in three levels, which are as follows:
New to Australia
This course is desinged for recent migrants in Australia, who are struggling in communication skills, or want to learn basics of society. This course also covers topics such as how to find accommodation, career advice, multiculturalism, and OHS.
Communication
This course is designed for those who are already employed or looking for employment and want to improve or develop skills such as, time management, project management, interpersonal skills as well as job placement assistance.
Employment
This level 2 course is designed for recent graduates as well as migrants who want to improve communication skills for employment. This course covers topics such as, how to find meaningful employment, career advice, computer skills, how to in interviews.
